Friend not able to access the forum

A friend of mine who I have pointed over here is apparently getting blocked from accessing the forum.  The error message they are getting is

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
And their details are:

ISP is T-Online in Germany, My IP is in the 93.197.235 block and I'm running Firefox on Crunchbang Linux. But I get the same error message on Chrome.

I probably banned that range of IP addresses due to spam problems, but I'll have to look into it some more. I'll let you know what I find.

Yes, I had banned that range of IPs. I'm not sure exactly when or why, but most likely because I was getting spam.

I've removed the ban, your friend should be able to join now.
