Dean Talboys (who has an 'interesting' theory on how Apollo was allegedly hoaxed) has weighed in on the topic,

claiming that the features are part of some sort of bleed effect of the starfield projection used on the various simulators, basing his theory on the appearance of some fixed dots that move around later on in that broacdcast. He neglects to explain how those alleged stars move independently of the lunar surface, why they move out of focus, and why there aren't any actual stars visible when the camera pans above the lunar horizon.

Had someone link this video recently too. The biggest thing I think he could have done to demonstrate his claim is to show which four 'stars' were showing through the surface 'projection', if they're supposed to be stars from the star ball.

He's blinded by his own fantasy theory.

His take on the footage and imagery taken during the missions is that they were all done using the S-IVB, which also somehow transported a lunar module to deposit on the lunar surface. He doesn't trust the 16mm and Hasselblad stuff, and prefers the live TV. He conveniently forgets about the live TV footage of the docking procedures extracting the lunar module, and the live TV showing an ascent module returning from the lunar surface without any sign of an S-IVB anywhere.

Anyhow, should you see anyoen promoting the 'Number 10' nonsense, feel free to point them at this:

Wow, moved from general fruit to it's own personal fruit bowl, quite a promotion after a few days.

Some nice work on that too, with the multiple comparisons.
