There were not.

A documentary about the idea it was all faked claims to have unearthed two such clips, which purported to be from different missions. in fact these were mislabelled clips, and were not only both from the same mission but were from the same section of footage.

The people who made the documentary committed the mistake of not going back to the primary source. They found some other documentaries and clips, but failed to go back and check the original source material. Considering how freely available this source material was, this is one hell of an oversight.

When you say "the" mission, are you clear that six manned missions landed on the moon?

Why are you peppering this site with so many questions?

Question from the peanut gallery: Did anyone mirror or download svector's video "EXPOSED: Bart Sibrel is Caught Cheating" on the subject? It shows very well the deception by Bart Sibrel, but was taken down from youtube.

Yep I have all of svector's videos on dvd...(edit) actually maybe not that one. I'll have to dig it out and play it.

"Journalist" James Collier made this claim.  But as already said, instead of going to the original footage, he merely watched a half-hour documentary called Nothing So Hidden... produced by AV Films of Houston.  In this film the same clip was presented twice, and the accompanying narration in each case spoke of different aspects of the Apollo 16 mission.  In other words, Collier bizarrely tried to attribute the flaws in secondary material to the primary material.  Not very good journalism.

Provide examples. How can we provide explanations for problems that might not even exist?

There were 7 operational Apollo missions, six of which landed on the Moon.  There are some 20,000 still photographs and some 30 hours of recorded video and/or film.  If you want us to explain to you what happened in some particular isolated clip, you need to do a better job of showing us where and what it is.

Based on your vague description, I have surmised you are speaking about the Collier claim I addressed earlier.  But if you want us to confirm or respond to your claim, you must give us more information, such as where you ran across this claim.

That would be Apollo 11 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apollo_11), if you do a bit of research into it (eg clicking that finely crafted link just there) you will discover that there is a teeny little problem with claims of a video showing stuff from different days on the surface during A11.

Also please if you are replying to a post please use the Quote option (in the upper right hand of the post you are replying to) so that we can tell which one you are replying to.

No problems. This is a really great forum to get answers and clarifications, the people here are friendly and helpful but can be, justifiably, snippy at times.

Is English your first language, I suspect that it isn't and makes your replies seem somewhat trollish, if you see what I mean.

Cody has said he's Kiwi. I think what you mean to say is that if someone struggles with English, their posts can somewhat resemble the poorly formulated posts we get from trolls.
