Sig text next to image?
« on: April 24, 2017, 11:39:28 PM »
Is there a way to have text to the right of an image in one's signature?

  I've tried [img align=left]http://image_url_here[/img] text text text.... , from https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=1416212 , and [imageleft]{URL}[/imageleft] , from https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/bbcode/wrap_text_image/ , to no avail.

All you can do it put the text you want on the same line as the IMG BBCode, but the text will always start at the bottom right of the image, and if the text is long enough to wrap, it will wrap under the image

If you want text to appear next to the image like this...

...then the only way is to make the whole thing an image using something like Paint or Photoshop

ETA: Is this what you are wanting?

If you're not a scientist but you think you've destroyed the foundation of a vast scientific edifice with 10 minutes of Googling, you might want to consider the possibility that you're wrong.

Yeah, more or less. Thank-you. The only issue I can see popping up is

Cool. That worked out perfectly.
