Title: The crosshaires on the camera. PLEASE HELP
Post by: Commander Cody on November 11, 2012, 04:45:36 PM
Sorry i am asking so many questions but you hopefully know about how the crosshairs were behind some of the apollo missions objects. Some of the crosshairs on the camera were behind these objects which some people say that that is because it was edited? Is this true? :-\

PLEASE READ THE LINKS I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN YOU AND URGED YOU TO READ, TWICE

Just because I'm lovely, here they are for the third and final time:

http://www.clavius.org/

http://www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html

This specifically answers your question: http://www.badastronomy.com/bad/tv/foxapollo.html#crosshairs

As does this: http://www.clavius.org/photoret.html (you will have to scroll down just over half way).

See: http://www.clavius.org/photoret.html

They are not behind anything, they only appear that way when "washed out" by bright objects, especially in low-res copies of images.

Sorry i am asking so many questions...

Perhaps if you were to take Andromeda's "advice" and read the sites she posted...ALL your answers are there.

...and if you find something not covered on those sites, then come back here and ask...

So, they edited white stripes onto a red flag?

I think it is futile to ask the OP about it - he hasn't been logged in since november.
