Anyone aware of a way to put a word in brackets () with one click without having to type the two brackets manually? I have many tables of numbers and percentages ..thnx

Did you notice the results from number 6 in "10 ways to search in Google"? The search term was scientific discoveries 1900-2000 but the first result was scientific discoveries of 2015....

I stopped reading when a scary pop up appeared. I just closed the tab. Most of those were pretty basic. Some of the filter stuff was a bit more saavy though.

I didn't encounter pop ups myself. As for them being basic, it depends on your job ..I expect people who deal with finances for example to be more expert in excel. To me, I learned many new things

Oh I LOVE this one......

CTRL + mouse scroll wheel [Change the size of desktop icons or zoom in or out of a large NUMBER of items, like apps pinned to the Start screen]

I am constantly going to the "view" menu to do that.

Yep, I know you could do that on websites (and in Photoshop) but I didn't realise it also work in windows and the desktop.
