Yeah. I hadn't realized how many sites link to it. Many now-broken links from Wikipedia, for example.

I'm serious -- if this is going to persist indefinitely, I'm willing to contribute my non-insubstantial cache of NTRS documents to any reconstruction effort.

The NTRS is back online, but has been seriously gutted with approximately 250,000 documents now missing. What a joke.
