Vietnamese conspiracy theories

I help look after a number of space-related FB pages.  Over the last few months I have notice a number of posts by people on UFOs, conspiracies etc by people who claim Vietnamese names. Only a handful by others on these topics.

Several possibilities come to mind.

1) Such ideas are really popular in Vietnam (to the exclusion of mainstream views).

2) Their accounts have been hacked (but why only people with Vietnamese names?).

3) They are false/stolen identities (but again, why Vietnamese?)

Any thoughts?  Is this something like the Nigerian scam (although the financial rewards are not obvious)?
