Congressman wonders if Mars was occupied in past

It doesn't bother me so much that he asked the question. However, his "can you rule that out?" question starts to sound like the "how can we know for sure, and if we can't know for sure it wasn't, it probably was" approach many UFOlogists take.

I think it's occupied now. The Space Nazis got tired of the 2 week day/night cycle at their Lunar base, and moved to Mars. This is what Richard Hoagland is actually seeing in his research ;)
