Apollo space suit micro-meteorite protection?

Is there any documentation on the size/velocity meteorite it was designed to protect against?
I have been searching without any luck....

Well, the outer, non pressuried suit was called the Integrated Thermal Micrometeroid Garment.
So it evidently was meant to provide protection from such.
No luck yet finding the sizes it could withstand though.

NASA Technical Memorandum 100458 page 8 details the micrometeoroid size and energy levels that the ITMG would protect against.

Just curious if there's any documentation about actual evidence of these impacts, if any, and how closely the suits performed compared to the design criteria?
