Nvidia recreates Apollo 11 pictures digitally

Didn't know where to put this, but I thought it was interesting: http://www.engadget.com/2014/09/18/NVIDIA-proves-moon-landing/

Apparently, they will release this demo to the public with an UI, so one can experiment at home with the lighting on the moon.

Very cool. Unfortunately, the HBers will almost certainly claim that NVIDIA is now in on the hoax.
