I have just had an entertaining discussion with some of these guys http://www.marsmoonspace.com/

They started spamming a friend's page on FB so I challenged them on some of their claims.  On admitted he had no evidence, that it was just an opinion, and them carried out as if nothing had happened.  They eventually blocked me, but not before I screen shotted the exchange .

The discussion was on FB, triggered by a comment by one of them on a friend's page that the reason that NASA was not involved in a ESA lunar station study was because they already had a station there.
