« on: November 11, 2012, 03:36:55 PM »
Is it true that the suns light reflects off the moon which is the reason why the astronaught was shown easily under the shadow of the apollo?

Yes, it's true. If sun light didn't reflect off of the Moon we wouldn't be able to see the Moon from Earth, right?
It suddenly struck me that that tiny pea, pretty and blue, was the Earth.
I put up my thumb and shut one eye, and my thumb blotted out the planet Earth.
I didn't feel like a giant. I felt very, very small.

Yes.  Anything you can see reflects light if it isn't producing it's own.

Stand outside in daylight - can you see the ground?  Of course you can - because sunlight hits the ground and bounces up into your eyes (and also hits the rest of your body).  The moon is the same.

Please note, the spelling is "astronaut", and "Apollo" refers to the mission rather than the spacecraft.

May I ask what your purpose is in asking these questions?  It seems you are repeating some very common hoax believer claims and it might be better if you start by reading the information on these two sites:

Who was it that said the Moon emits its own light?

DAKDAK before he imploded and self-immolated.

Mind you, he also said that there was a Lunar atmosphere that stretched to Earth and that the Moon was wet from water raining down on it from Earth.  :o :o :o
