You can also see the simularity between the equations for dynamic pressure and drag force:
Dynamic pressure = 1/2 * Rho * V
2Drag force = 1/2 * C
d * Rho * V
2 * A
Dynamic pressure is measured in Pa or N/m
2. Multiply that by the area, A, in m
2, and the drag coefficient, C
d, which is dimensionless, and you have the drag force, in N.
