Time Runs Backwards in Black Holes?

A new research paper published in Physical Review Letters https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.115.081301
has suggested that time because of new understanding of general relativity, time could actually run backwards within a black hole.

That is the main article, there are several synopsis of the content available on a google search. Lo and behold when I run a search myself I found this relates to an article published in 2015, so much for keeping up with the latest ideas..  :-\
